Vinod Radhakrishnan

A food production professional for over 25 years, Vinod has worked with some of the biggest international hotel chains and fine dining outlets in the GCC and the Middle East. He has also been part of providing pre-opening consultation, developing and designing menus for properties in these regions namely Oman, Qatar and Bahrain.

Masters in Hospitality Management from the Wales Bridge University, USA; Food Production Instructor from the American Hotel and Lodging Association; and a HABC Level 3 Food Safety in Catering Supervision; he has been a culinary trainer for 15 years and also a Certified Culinary Educator by Worldchefs. He has been with ICCA Dubai since 2006 and has been instrumental in developing its training curriculum.

Apart from being a senior member of the Emirates Culinary Guild (ECG), Vinod is also the Head of Cookery Department and a qualified Internal Assessor for City & Guilds at ICCA. His specialities include Training & Development, International Cooking, and Food Safety & Hygiene Training.
