Reza Mahammad ‘Spice Prince’ is the hugely popular and flamboyant TV chef, and owner of the renowned Star of India restaurant in Kensington, London and Chez Cartier cookery school near Bordeaux, France.
Reza is a wworld-famousFood Network presenter, receiving high praise for his first series with Food Network, Reza, Spice Prince of India. His next series Reza’s African Kitchen took him around the African continent and most recently in Reza, Spice Prince of Thailand/Reza, Spice Prince of Vietnam he toured South East Asia.
This November he is set to appear alongside Jenny Morris in Jenny & Reza’s Fabulous Food Academy. In this new series the two Food Network chefs and long-time friends, pass on their shared knowledge of cooking to teach six would be chefs on how to produce delicious food.
In the United Kingdom, Reza also makes regular appearances as the guest chef on ITV’s This Morning and never fails to create a stir in the kitchen with fellow presenters Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby. He has also appeared on various programmes with UKTV and Channel 4.
In recent years Reza has published two cookbooks Reza’s Indian Spice and Rice, Spice and All Things Nice.
