Emad Zalloum joined the hotel, culinary school after high school, where he studied different styles of cooking; this opened his eyes to whole new adventure.
He started working in different restaurants in Lebanon, till 2002, when he got an offer to open a new Lebanese restaurant in Dubai internet City, this changed his ideas on the cooking business in general. After two successful years he then joined Grand Hyatt Dubai creek. Opening a new restaurant on a big scale where he was doing 500 covers a day.
Over time, he then decided to join Le Meridian Dubai in 2008 as a chef de cuisine where he started customizing his own menus. In 2010, he was approached by Burj Al Arab to run the Arabic restaurant, which was different guest profiles and different experiences, but by carrying his ingredients and recipes, it made the task easier.
October 2012, he decided to join the beautiful city of Abu Dhabi and the exclusive Rosewood collection where he finally found himself and has been working there ever since.
He has successfully opened Sambusek Restaurant, taking care of all the Arabic culinary of the hotel. In 2017, he got promoted to executive Arabic chef assisting the executive chef with managing the hotel kitchens.
