Chef Abs Patil is Leopold’s of London newest Brand Chef. An award-winning chef and TV personality, Chef Abs is geared up with a dynamic and innovative energy to refine the dining experience at the boutique restaurant.
With over 15 years of culinary experience in the hospitality and food and beverage industry, Chef Abs devoted his time in perfecting cultural cuisines around the world, working mainly in the United Kingdom to learn more about the local dining scene and to sample diverse cuisines and cooking techniques from the Italy, France, Middle East, Thailand, India and Latin America. His cooking style is defined by inspiring and preserving original flavors of fresh and healthy ingredients while sustaining the cultural authenticity of each dish.
Prior to joining the team of Leopold’s of London, Chef Abs first started as a Chef de Partie in the UK and later levelled up as the Executive Chef. Hungry for more, Abs took up a bigger role where he handled 48 restaurants at the age of 33. With several accomplishments under his belt, he relocated to Dubai in 2010 and spent 8 years in reputable food and beverage industries, where he worked on different concepts while gaining great experience in diverse cuisines.
In his new culinary journey, Chef Abs will incorporate an exciting roster of gastronomies to Leopold’s of London’s offerings. After its successful Ramadan offers, the English restaurant will be unveiling its Eid offers across all of its destinations in the Emirates. The summer season will also see new programs and new menus including exquisite British and Middle Eastern cuisines and healthy dishes to add a new touch to the current specials. Molecular gastronomy, or Insta-worthy ingredients will also be featured in the menu to give a distinct wow effect to the menu.
